Actually I have found with 2nd opinion they leave you with a lot of criteria play to decide for yourself---they have been carrying a 1 score for a month now on APCO--which is for them a buy for the brave and hearty---but NOT for them--I find it to be an excellent TOOL that one HAS to learn to use and use in conjunction with FA,news etc.--their score numbers of -4to-1 0 and 1-4 is really important to the whole system-Good luck,Max
