Denice, if you have not sold any above 8, I, in your shoes, would sell some here between 7 and 8. I do not know when the earning report is going to come, but it seems that it will be ugly. I doubt Veba itself will engage in market support right now (I believe that they cannot buy or sell two weeks before and after a major announcement, since they are insiders), maybe early in November (when the market general momentum up could resume, if the turnips are read right), so the stock, IMHO will drift back down to the low 6' and maybe even somewhat lower, depending how bad the earning report is. The good news (survival ) is out, what is left are the bad news, earning and the extent of dilution expected. Zeev
