More shares adding to the float. Glenn, I am surprised you missed this one. Effective today: OC, Sorry I went out to dinner:-) However, this is the prospectus of the same shares filed on October 15, 1998 from foorm S3-A. This does not add more shares to the float that was dadded in the prior filing. This filing is an 424B3 which is for informational purposes only and serves no other purpose then to make an amendment to the prior filing. The amendment was an error made in the number of shares by certain shareholders but the total remains the same. Here is the description of this type of filing: " 424B3: A form of prospectus that reflects facts or events that constitute a substantive change from or addition to the information set forth in the last form of prospectus filed with the SEC. " Here is the description of last weeks filing: "S-3/A: This filing is a pre-effective amendment to an S-3 filing. " Glenn
