I wish you or someone else who understands manufacturing could take one of the AMTX officers to lunch and grill them on their plans. Of course you'd have to let me come along to take notes. Seriously, you really should find a way to talk to someone in the company. Remember Jim Steenbergen has a strong telecommunications background and Don Lucas, one of our board members, started National Semiconductor and went on to back Oracle and Cadence Systems. Of course, having said all this, I realize the next partnership could change the dynamics in such a way our discussion will have been pointless.

What's your feel for Amati's advantage at this point? They've always been at a time-to-market disadvantage, but I'm wondering if that hasn't become less over the past year.

I appreciate your thoughts.

Pat
