Isn't it nice that the NASDAQ panel is looking after the shareholder.

"The panel felt that, because there is a possibility that conversion of certain convertible preferred stock would be at a price resulting in shareholder dilution, the Nasdaq's new corporate governance rule requiring shareholder approval has not been observed. The Company, however, advised Nasdaq that a shareholders' meeting to vote on the matter will occur."

If this is the reason, I believe the class action suit should be against the panel. By going through with the delisting the "PANEL" has made we will never be over $1. Even if delisting is reversed the damage has been done. WE THE SHAREHOLDERS ARE THE LOSERS.
