Joe, Per your post: So, IMO you could buy all the way up to $3.00 and be safe. If we see any
more announcements before the end of the QP next month this fundamental value could
be raised quite a bit.

Joe, I have never known you to be so conservative, as to only recommend buying DCTC up to $3. <GG> I just thought I would add that if we hit $3, then we have met the only remaining AMEX requirement that we do not currently met, which opens up another possibility. It appears to me that we finally have a number of things working for us, such as:

1. We have finally cleaned up essentially all of the free Card Call shares. Having started with about 6 million of these, this is a VERY significant accomplishment.

2. We apparently have a significant short position in our stock, and with the price moving up that group should be looking for shares.

3. All of the excellent news that DCI has been releasing and has been discounted because of our falling stock price, now should get a second look by new investors in a much more positive light, in short I believe we will see a slew of new investors coming in as word gets around. True, some will come in a short termers, but a certain % will really like what they learn about DCI and I believe our long term group will grow.

4. We appear to have an new unidentified buyer who is accumulating steadily and is not afraid of buying on dips. Our intraday charts bear this out quite clearly.

5. Excitement is growing that the end game is not only likely to happen, it could even be fairly close at hand..though I do not wish to speculate on a date for this event.

6. A rise in our stock price, does more than just make us all feel better. It gives DCI new options with regards to raising capital and or making an acquisition with equity if such an opportunity should arise. It also in my mind lowers the overall risk level of this investment, since if some event required the company to raise capital, it could be done without as much dilution.

All in all IMO, a great time to own DCI and as you have pointed out still a good time to add to our positions if we are planning to do so at some point anyway.

Best of luck to all LT holders and thanks for all of the hard work you have been putting into keeping us all informed Joe.

James
