Yes, and they inherited the Digital Instruments AFM customer base as well. They may be able to convert some users of IBM AFM to Digital Instruments AFM, but if the plan was to control the AFM market by controlling two top product lines, they failed. In any case it will cost them some sales as some current customers of IBM AFM will elect to continue buying IBM AFM, but buy it from ZIGO. And of course they now have a new competitor in AFM in ZIGO.
