Insanity and Euphoria are back in vogue these days. I would not be a fool here and view this recovery as a resumption of the Bull Market. Actually, I see this recovery as setting the stage for an even bigger decline. We are still in a secular Bear Market: the primary trend has NOT changed. Don't be fooled by the current rally! Just Wait till investors finally realize that all these interest rate cuts are not going to do a thing to improve the economic outlook!
