You are right DIGI was haunted, by poor management, antiquated products, and bad customer relations. "looking like ALA may be also" I don't think so, as with any merger and this one especially, the purge is about to begin. DSC was headed down the tubes long before the close of the merger. DSC shareholders have more value now with the merger than they would have had the merger never taken place.
