"Ericsson officials said they made the move so they could concentrate on their strongest claims when they go to court next year."

Do we really believe that? Seems to me they'd keep all the ammunition they can, not just ditch some of it. They could just keep those ones in their hip pocket, just in case. They are obviously without merit and not even worth pursuing because they make L M Ericsson look totally frivolous, vexatious and wasteful of court time and abusive of legal proceedings. And THEY accused QUALCOMM of trying to influence the course of justice in the public arena. Trying to sling some mud on QUALCOMM's comments by generating the idea that QUALCOMM was being abusive of court process.

These people are incredible.

Don't forget, Abbey the Partner agrees, Dow 16000, Feb 2002 [not that she actually said that].
$80 soon in a few days.

Jon - I don't think The Q! [me anyway] would want to buy L M Ericsson. I sure don't want my shareholder's funds flowing that way. But Ericy would have a bigger stack of money available than QUALCOMM for a who-is-buying-whom fight. Ericy has got very strong motive. They are very big compared with QUALCOMM.
