I just pulled this off another thread.

It is good to see we have an investor who has visited the company and is quite please with what he has seen.

I am an investor in CRNC and took the opportunity to visit the company's new printing operation in Tampa,
FL these are my observations:

I was impressed with the size of the building and the availability of expansion space. The land under roof is
about 60,000 sq. ft. With the exception of 8,000 sq. ft that is simply not used. The rest of the area under roof
is utilized with equipment - (ie: binders, cutters), presses, paper, ink, offices, Pre Press Production studio,
reception area, and misc. storage. All of the equipment is not fully operational however work is in progress
to get the presses not operating into operational capacity - One of Chronicle's hidden assets is its equipment -
these presses are considered to be high quality equipment that have a long life span and can generate high
quality high volume printing.

The presses that are operational are impressive in their operation and I witnessed publications and flyers in
the process of being printed. As an investor I was very pleased and impressed with the plant because it offers
Chronicle the unique opportunity to increase sales while utilizing their "in house" equipment. At present
Chronicle is printing the Tampa Bay Bucs magazine, the oldest trilingual newspaper in the US, Chamber of
commerce newspapers and brochures, a shopper distributed by Chronicle in GA (printing in house has saved
chronicle 50% of the production cost), Community college newspapers, paper inserts, flyers, and others - all
of these are being printed on a daily basis. I saw some 15 employees in various stages of work. At full
capacity the presses and machinery at the United plant can generate approximately $14 Million in revenue.

All of the components are there for Chronicle to increase its sales on a 10 fold basis. It is going to take hard
work on the part of all employees but there is definitely a can do spirit in the air. It is my understanding that
since Chronicle took over the united plant they have increased sales by $ 50,000 per month.

At this point Chronicle needs some buying to jump start the equity side of the equation. With the cost basis much higher than the current stock price it would seem that a minimal amount of PR would lead to some buying with would increase the stock quickly since the market is so tight. The company is updating their web site, the S&P description (which has allowed them to be blue skied in all 50 states and is in the process of hiring several public relation firms. The company intends to utilize WEB sites that cater to the small investor
along with radio, television, and print media's to get the word out about the company. The company has hired two public relations firms to assist in letting the investment community know about the company.

It is this investors opinion that the stock is grossly undervalued and a minimal amount of buying will increase the stock 10 fold at a minimum.

CHRONICLE AT A GLANCE:

LIMITED STOCK - 2.7 MILLION SHARES TOTAL

TIGHT FLOAT - 500,000 SHARES

S&P REGISTERED - Allows for Blue sky in all 50 states

FULLY REPORTING - Means the company must adhere to a strong set of financial guidelines and report
audited financials to investors

WEB SITE: WWW.CHRONICLE.COM

OWNS OVER 80,000 sq. ft. OF INDUSTRIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS UNDER ROOF

IN HOUSE EQUIPMENT ALLOWS FOR A THREE TIER BUSINESS

A. THE INTERNET - Classifieds, Web Design, Web advertising (for clients)
B. THE PRINTING BUSINESS - Has the infrastructure to build $ 14 Million dollars of revenue stream
C. THE NEWSPAPER BUSINESS - Prints South GA. Shoppers which can be highly profitable (they are
mostly advertising which Chronicle sells to clients. Has announce plans to open 20 new papers in the next 12
months.

STRONG MANAGEMENT - Current management has extensive publishing knowledge and a proven track record

IS BUILDING STRONG CORPORATE IMAGE -see WWW.CHRONICLEINC.COM on the web

With some of the largest publishing companies in the US buying smaller operations due to the potential profit from printing, publishing and Internet presence there exist a unique opportunity with CRNC. The stock trades with a total market cap of * its asset base. This is simply a result of the investing public be aware of this company. During the next month with a strong PR program in place this company should ascend to its true value which would put it in excess of $ 4.00
