Ricky -- There's a lot of excitement in all areas of the company. I talked to a savvy young woman in the wireless division, a new manager-level guy in the access division, several from StarVision, and one of the engineers assigned to the AT&T team, and without exception they're excited about the new leadership and believe NN can become a major company without being bought out. There's also a general feeling the affiliates are under-valued. There are some critical contracts coming up and while the company's core products are strong it could be the affiliates like Cambrian and the high-speed router-switch start-up you mentioned that may tip the balance.
