I agree with both you and Bob C's remarks. One has to be careful in investing nowadays especially with the advent of internet/electronic trading. Commission is so dirt cheap that people buy whatever that sounds good. I spoke to a few friends, most of them flip stocks like flipping burgers, more like gambling to me.

There will be more lawsuits of this nature in years to come I believe. The winner of course is the attorney. hmmmmm may be becoming an attorney is not a bad idea :-)
