So, the solid fact is :

1) MSFT had decided to integrate IE into win95 well before ( at least six months)
before NSCP had its beta ver browser released.

2) It is NSCP who invited MSFT to investigate into NSCP , which will make MSFT and NSCP share the browser market together.

So , the fact showed that it is NSCP which had violated the anti trust law. Hope DOJ will not have double standard this time, the party who violated the anti trust law
( proved by solid facts) should e punished.
