Are you in denial, too? He's in denial. He doesn't stop to think that even if these customers are only using NT for some applications that they took the extra effort to go to a second vendor when they could have used Novell for all of it. This implies a dissatisfaction with Novell and an opening for their competitor, namely Microsoft. If they really loved Novell then why would they use NT for anything?
