IDTec Adds to Senior Management

VISTA, Calif., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- International Digital Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IDTX - news), a leading
designer, integrator and marketer of sophisticated wide-format digital printing software systems, announces the appointment of two senior managers. Hiram French is now Chief Operating Officer and Bruce M. Rosenberg is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

French has been in the wide format printing industry since its inception. He has over 25 years of senior management experience
specializing early-stage and fast growth companies in computer graphics and graphic arts.

Most recently, French was president of color Solutions, Inc., a software company specializing in color management software
utilized by both the wide format and traditional printing markets. Prior to that he formed the Graphic Arts business unit for
Encad in 1993.

French was also president and CEO of Superset, Inc., a manufacturer of Electronic Photo Retouching systems.

Rosenberg has over 20 years experience as a corporate counsel and manager, including the past ten with Mail Boxes Etc., where he was vice president, general counsel and secretary. During his tenure at MBE, the company grew to 3,500 stores with master licenses in more than 50 countries.

He was also a corporate attorney for San Diego Gas and Electric, Combustion Engineering, and the Tennessee Valley Authority [NYSE:TVA - news], specializing in finance securities, contracts and administrative law.
