Martinez' responsibility to the shareholders is to build a successful company. He has no responsibility whatsoever to shareholders to buy JMAR stock to increase the stock price. He already has a ton of it and he needs to retire some day too so he should be investing his personal money as his investment advisor recommends to provide a future for himself and his family. M
