I agree that you need to be careful trusting forward looking information. But to misled investors about earnings (record earnings)knowing that these earnings were going to fall well below expectations -- One has to question ethics in this case. This is black and white versus a spin on how the company is doing. I repeatedly ask Leonard the reason for the significant decline in share price. He kept stating that he had not idea and that there was no fundamental problems with the company -- We now know this was a dead lie.

I know a number of IR people, I have met some very dishonest ones, but the majority were ethical and would not lie. I invested in this company because I believed that the officers Including IR were conservative and would not misled when asked a direct question. In this case, I have paid the price.
