I just listened to the cc. I liked the idea that they don't care who wins the bill payment customer - they will provide backend to portal or bank site whatever the case might be. Also, their strategy of signing bill presenters will require any competitor to work with them including Citibank and MSFT. Also it is probable that we will hear announcements before yearend from portal sites about launching bill payment and using checkfree services. Sounded like portal sites will be moving much quicker than banks.

Having said all this, after the recent strong runup, I wouldn't be surprised to see a slip in the stock price over the next month.
