average deal size will be hard to use as a forward metric, I'd guess arounbd $150k, but I don't know. as you heard, 14 deals over $500k. It looks like Essbase kicked serious butt. They bundled in MBA with Essbase revenues, but i think several MBA purchases were pushed off or switched to Essbase. OLAP tools were up 85% year over year and I'd guess Essbase grew more than that. Again, that's pretty much expected, leverage in the apps business doesn't begin until after integration with essbase is delivered in this quarter.
