Hi Chris,

I can email you the registration form if you like. Just fill it out and fax/mail it to them. This is probably the fasted way. You may want to ask them for the 1997 report that has just been recieved today. I got an email response within a few days so this is not a bad idea also.

Yes I saw the drop in Gold! It's incredible that it's gotten to this point. I believe that if the Juniors hold their own with the declining price, then any gold rally should strengthen the Jan. to May run. I think that the gold price will bottom out soon but may not rally for some time.

I'm serious when I tell you that you may not have much time with ARB. Kaiser has now mentioned in two successive issues that ARB will Drill To Kill "because option terms (of the Argentinian properties) are steep ($10.7 million over five years)".

He then states "With luck these prospects will give the market some good news in early 1997, though management is already looking at new projects not restricted to Argentina or even Latin America".

He also likes the managment stating "What horse will pull this wagon and why is not obvious, but Barry Rayment, Stephen Kay, Clive Johnson, and Tony Williams are good components to have in the equation".

Put all this together with:
1) Eric Rojas talk with the company in which they stated this will be the "news month" techstocks.com

2) Your very own encouraging talk,
techstocks.com

3) Kaiser's expectations of the Chinchillas assays by Feb.
4) "El Oculto drilling will start late December ('96), and Centenario will follow"
5) $1.00 Nov.96 warrents extended to May '97.

Drilling updates, Assay results, New acquisitions, Financing....lots to come.

Sorry if this sounds like a sales job but you are probably the 10th person I've recommended this stock to in the past week.

Don't buy on what I say however. Call the company yourself and make up your own mind. I don't want any flaming if the market crashes next week!

Hope this helps,

Essam.
