Ira just so you know there isn't anything that you can do here on the net that doesn't get recorded, especially using AOL. Every e-mail and IM that you've sent has been copied. If I was you I would not make legal threats to anybody, your lawyer seems to be busy enough.

Every statement made to you from my friends (stock holders of hvar) and myself have all been in response to your e-mail's, IM's and news releases. All in which WE are on VERY LEGAL GROUND. So stop making threats to HVAR stock holders about litigation.

You no longer work for The Havana Republic, so you have no legal ground to try to promote it in your own little way that you've donein the past. So go away, run along and find a new company and new stock holders to help them make money, new people are getting on the net every day Ira.

You told me that you got paid on commission. With bringing a stock to new time lows, just how much money were you planning on making?
