All: Spoke to Dr. Joe Vertucci today. The final contract draft is going to the golf association next week. When I asked if there were any hurdles, he said that there were no issues pending; they are hoping to get the contract. Due to the holidays, it has been hard to get everything tied down. He claims the SEC is not concerned with DROM. More concern with the market maker/broker that has been involved. The audit draft should be in his hands next week. This will be as of 4/30/96, then they will get up to date quickly after that. Again, the audit delay was not due to DROM, but due to some outsiders causing some trouble. I do not want to put everything on the board. He will tell you what has happened, if you call him. In regard to being listed again and off the pink sheets, he is hoping this can be done within a month. I hope this helps everyone. Tom
