Clarence was not a sick man
I think he just got tired

What's in a name? Affect the
Way you play your game?

Curious coincidences -
Flow from within us?

Maybe convenient deduces
Drive our lack of excuses
When one extra effort
Could have changed the outcome

What's in a name?
Suspious and lame - Bad vibes
With all 'Bruces' have shadowed my years

But mention of Clarence, resolute and forbearant
Evokes nothing but smiles
Timeless and current

Can a name shape your destiny?
Ridiculous retort / despite your report which
chaulks another statistic to the unrealistic

My Clarence left the site of another fine craft
completed for me without griping or pain
A veteran too of trials never divulged
Some other time place with a do not disturb

Destination orderly home reft of joy to sustain,
Welded his Ford to the frame of a train

We all say he was blinded by sun from the West
But privately accept what he must have thought best

Clarence was not a sick man
I think he just got tired
