I agree with the downsides to participating in a class action that have been voiced. As I said before, the smart business people used their "15 minutes of fame" wisely and are better off than they were prior to entering a relationship with Zap.

One winner in my opinion is the Used Book site. They got good exposure. I know I purchased from them and will continue to do so. I would probably not have found them without the Zap hype.

I think a big loser was Word, because they basically shut down their site until the debacle hit. Their re-emergence is a poster child for bad timing.
