Time to play..where are they now?
IDID --- .25 cents per share, but with 600 million shares o/s they still have market cap of $1.6 million! Checked news to see lawsuit judgement against ex-CEO and board member on 8/20/98 forcing them to pay back all of their salaries and profits from stock sales. IDID went from 1/16 to over $1 7/8 in 3 days during May of 1996 creating a market cap of over $1 billion and setting all-time NASDAQ trading volume records.
EOSC -- 1/32 = 3.125 cents per share.
DDSI -- 30 cents per share.
SACM -- $3.00 per share.
NRID -- 65 cents per share. Review of NRID's 3Q financials reveals: - 3Q revenues of $437,000 - 3Q pfd stock dividends of $1,800,000 - cash of $88,000, investments of $306,000 - A/R of $947,000 - total current assets of $1.4 mm vs. current liabilities of $1.27 mm - book value of 16 cents per share
Summary - NRID's business MAY be turning the corner, but their balance sheet is in such dire financial condition that they will need financing or a partner by 1Q99. Their current financing cost exceeds revenues, let alone profits, by a significant margin. The best thing that could happen to NRID shareholders is a quick buyout, otherwise they will face a long period of improving revenues but constantly negative bottom line and further share dilution. |
