Yes, They look like similar products for the Internet.

They look like very similar products. However, I believe Harbinger
has a big edge in that they have over 44,000 existing customers to
sell into, as well as I believe they move much faster than big
old GE IS. Although GEIS has been getting more agressive lately.
They sold off their networking portion of the business to Worldcom
a couple of months ago so they could focus on Electronic Commerce.
