This may not mean revenues this year, but does mean the company is growing from its strength, children's programming, into the biggest market around, the internet. Plus, a guy who has built a company, as he has, will be a real addition to the MSH team.
"15 million in revenues and nicely profitable" relates to the expectation from the AGE and MSH combination. MSH had already projected (prior to the AGE deal) revenues of about $8 million, and the AGE group has ongoing revenue from its programs and licenses that will increase this. Until we see a merged financial statement and Form 10, all numbers are speculative, but I believe that Bob would err on the side of conservative numbers, since he is so careful about making any statements that could possibly be construed as "hype".
Remember, the PR statement said the company was going into the internet business in a big way, and yesterday's release proved the point. Let's hope that each release continues to support Bob's statements, including the anticipated revenue one.
PS, Bob does not have a daughter, but does have a lovely fiance. |
