I'm a bit cautious on treasuries at the moment. The Fed seems to be having some initial success in it's battle on credit spreads. We are beginning to see some real money moving into riskier credits. This money is coming out of treasuries at the moment and as a result treasuries have been trading soft. Longer term I still have a bullish bias on treasuries but in the near term they are trading pretty poorly.
