Well the nice thing is everyone has the right to be wrong, even you. However, I don't care much for lawsuits of this nature but I tend to agree with the action in this case. It is plain to see, after the fact, that Zapata's real desire wasn't to create a profitable business venture but rather cash in on an internet IPO. Pointing a finger at investor's who see this after the fact probably won't fly very high in a federal courtroom. But that's why we have courts and why we have laws. If it is determined that Zapata is guilty of infractions then I say "burn baby burn."
