Well, after sleeping on it and thinking it over today, I decided to bail. I have been burned twice this year by de-listed NASDAQ companies. I can't afford to take the risk anymore this year. Good luck to you all. I'll keep this on my watch list and maybe come back if the situation improves. Stay in the Black! jimS
