Re tax considerations, I would imagine that there are ramifications for the buyer(s), but not being a tax jockey, I couldn't even begin to speculate whether they would benefit more by closing before 1999. Comments, anyone? Joe Med.: re DCI calling our shares, how does that happen? I've never been through an end game and would appreciate your or anyone else's comments on this. Danke. Ken
