Steve,
Take a look at selling near term out of money call on long position of good small caps. The goal is to be called away. If not, the cost basis is lowered. I think they can work again now. From what I see today, this is deja vu yesterday. Nasdaq begins to move up in the pm. If they keep the pm momentum up, we should see similar closing pattern like yesterday. Therefore, I have no plan to sell my long positions yet.
