I talked to Helen today (she really is a nice lady) and she indicated they're as puzzled by the lack of a delivered audit as we all are. It sounds like their accounting firm is giving them the run-around, continually promising delivery of the audit, and each day just goes by with no audit in sight. Last they saw of the audit, they were excited to see it arriving on the fax a couple of weeks ago, only to notice that it had "DRAFT" emblazoned on it, with questions regarding 3 relatively minor issues. Personally, I think the accounting firm is stringing them along and screwing with them. Now that they're heading into the tax season, I'm sure they'll put 'em off even more! Sure hope they switch to another firm this year. It's a shame that the biggest negative about the company is the fault of another company, and it's basically out of their hands. I hope Frank's giving them a daily ass-chewing about it!
