Reason, this statement on the link you just gave provides us with some of the terms of the contract between CRNC and WSCG. Chronicle Communications Inc. WSCG was compensated with 500,000 shares of stock. This is a one year contract begining on or about September 15, 1998. Always important for us to know these terms of compensation.
