I'd say I'm in an ugly position, out a ton of money! And this is exactly where I'm headed, and since the advice giver IS the company to me; is the individual appointed by the company for me to interact with, can they in fact tell me one thing and do another? I do appreciate your response, and any other thoughts about how I should proceed would be appreciated as well.
