What was Mr Sylver Sr doing and/or holding at that time? ... well, Mr Sylver Sr's company Titan Investments, I mean - the one that got the 1-cent shares, and that is based in Antigua.

My understanding (which as always, may be imperfect) is that at that time Gary Sylver was lending Mann 480K shares to short. I believe that for AZNT itself to have done this "officially" would have constituted an extremely blatant illegality. Gary Sylver and Titan are, of course, co-plaintiffs in the case, along with AZNT.

Still, the article said: "Amazon sent the shares, along with 480,000 shares Mann asked to borrow, to Whitecliffe and Shoreline, but the money was never paid...".
