Janice: I have no idea myself, but I think it would depend on the circumstances.
A company urging people to do certain things as a reaction to things that were done by outside forces, I would imagine is okay.

However a company that created things themselves, as in the case of aznt (it seems) may be an entirely different story.

But the important thing here (to the non involved purchaser) is that any SEC sanctions would happen to the parties involved, NOT to a "buyer on the street".
The scary part is when and if this happens.

For example someone that bought at the 50 cent level, and sold at the 2.50 level..(recent actions) would have no problem..that money is in their pocket.

The dicey part IMO on this stock..
if anything happens vis a vs SEC..will you be lucky enough to get out the door before the locks are put on?
For me, I am not taking the chance.

I really don't care what is said about this company pro or con..

This one is too off the wall for me.

I think you're all wacky.
;-)
LOL
