Not a quality company... but they have a virtual monopoly on the Mexico market. Doubhtful that this company would every allow a continuous stream of profit lead to investor wealth through dividends or retained earnings. The industry is inherently crooked full of graft & corruption. Continuous profitability would be squeezed out by major customers anyway.
