Steve, moderate PE (at or below industry sector average) plus strong earnings growth (much better than sector and market average) are what I look for. I am heavy in oil drilling and services with CLDR and CKH. I also have a automation equipmment stock, DTII. These are all I hold right now. I'm carefully considering more in the oil sector. My goal is a 35 percent portfolio increase this year. Ray
