Very good question! Does anyone really have the correct answer and if so, please respond? We should know as well by a filing on Edgar and I've not seen such a notification. However, they are often delayed for some period of time. Also the volume has been very low and we would have noticed a large purchase,and that Mr. Gruder contents with the trial for the past two weeks, correct! And then, why not announce it to the public, as it would be a good thing, right? I await the publics response to see if we can determine the truth. Finally, the questions are only questions and not intended to pass judgment. The design is to obtain information (valid and timely) and then each one of us can decide what they want to do next.
