I can't let this stock thread go without at least one response. Here we have a stock that has made a run from actually $.50 to over $6.00 in less than a year and a half and there is not one response here. It's personally amazing to me, having followed and lost money in a half a dozen other loser lower priced stocks that had no substance to them. Southern Pacific Petroleum has substance and it is being reflected in the real nice price rise this year. I don't have any more info for you Mark. I sold my 20,000 shares a few months ago at an average price of $3 1/2, making almost $50,000 profit and bought a house. I may live to regret the sale if this stock keeps going the direction it has been. The last I heard, Suncor was rumored to be making a final decision at the end of Feb. I, personally would never get into the stock at these levels, but I do recognize that if Suncor follows through, the stock could go well above $10. At the same time, remember that significant oil profits may not be seen for another 5 years. Also keep in mind that in the unlikely event Suncor does not follow through, the stock could again fall below $1.00. This stock has been my best performer ever. I love them and can't understand how it can receive almost zero attention at SI or AOL, trade tens of thousands of shares a day at the same time all of the junk out there has thousands of messages on their threads.
