Re: Wye Talks David, didn't the Israelis provide some kind of quid pro quo? The article implies it (750 Palestinian prisoners released, etc). In general, however, I find that we make far too many "special exceptions" for the Israelis. We simply have not held them to the same standards that we apply to everyone else. This has unbalanced our MidEast policy no end. jbe
