Comments about prospects for dayrates.

· We expect dayrates for supply vessels, particularly in the Gulf of Mexico, to continue to come down over the next few Qs, which should translate to negative earnings comparisons versus this quarter at TDW.
However, we believe that the apparent strength in earnings this Q underscores TDW management's commitment and ability to control costs and maximize earnings power in the current negative environment.
