Hi Fellas, Val (at ILDF) has advised on the choices for action and costs at this point. Contact her thru the web site and get up to date. Legal help is costly, we need the justice dept. to step in now and do its job (in the face of the obvious problems that have been apparent). I still believe that the system should be held to account for covering this sort of thing. Otherwise, why invest in the public markets? Maybe the problem is much bigger with the imes's of the stock world than we imagine. If so, maybe it's time to invest under the mattress! Have a good day, hope the weather is nice where you are. Tom and Val should review things before too long and we'll see where we stand. dd
