I have done some trading with E*Trade in the past several months, the result was very fast and accurate. But on Thursday, January 2, I couldn't log on to E*Trade during the dip. I called their customer service, waited 10 or 15 minutes, finally got to talk to someone. She told me they were having problems with their Web server, and there is no telling as when it will be back to normal.

While I was on hold, I activated my account at PC Financial Network pcfn.com and bought some INTC there.

For a delayed quote, I like quote.yahoo.com . It is a very quick site to load up.
