My fearless forecast on whether Fenway will get approval for this project? Not anytime in the next six months, and I am being liberal in my calculation with the way procedures are done at PCSD and the DENR. By the end of the day, it is still a tough chance for Fenway, probably tougher than what the failed Bolinao project had to go through.
