I just finished talking to the CEO Vince Simmon

I think it would be a big mistake to sell any shares.Reasons
1)They are in discussions with 3 Big multinationals in the U.S. and one in
Europe.They will be doing a deal for both Alzheimers and MCI(mild cognitive
impairement);and for The psychoses(schizophrenia).One of these deals is very
close to being realized.The funding will probably come through in early january.
2)The CFo quit for entirely personal reasons;he lives in Altberta Canada and i
guess got tired of Orange county.3)They have solid structural patents which would
take much time to explain but will probably extend to a)memory b)cognition
c)depression d)sexual dysfunction .3)The compounds especially 516 have
tremendous memory improvement effects in rats,and cross the blood brain barrier.
4)Threaders postings tend to portray this outfit as mickey mouse.It is anything
but.They operate out of a 30,000 sq ft area,and have ongoing relationships with
many centers around the country.It was not a mistake the NIH is using their
compounds to test on schizophrenia and alzheimers patients,nor was it dumb luck
that NBC ran the story on them.What they do need and will obtain soon is a
partner with big bucks to help finance the human trails.Lastly,imho i feel that their
science is better than NEOT.I find it amazing that there is such a hugh discrepency
in share price.When the deal is announced the stock will react accordingly.This is
not a stock for day trading,but for long term players-the reward may be great.
