Marc,

<I am happy to report that you were wrong! <grin>>

I must say that I am surprised it held up so well. Perhaps we are seeing a true bottom forming and perhaps book value will maintain support. For better or worse, I put my emotions aside today and let my long term fundamental perspective take over. In other words, I haven't unloaded yet. Fortunately, by break even point is only 8. It continues to appear that the stock is being accumulated. I must say, though, that if I get back in the black I will have to reconsider my position.

I still am very very suspect of this management team....you could even say flatly...I still don't trust them.

I will load up on PTEC and take a major position the day I see PTEC buying back their own stock in a meaningful way. They are always talking about it, but it never seems to happen. Is there any reason that any one should view PTEC as a good investment if PTEC doesn't see it that way themselves.

Lots of cash, no debt, and apparently no confidence in their own stock.

Execuse me if I seem cynical but management has given me every reason to be.
