Small caps?: I'm getting clobbered in OMKT

But did well in NOVL (which may be on the verge of breaking out and isn't exactly a small cap).

I think small caps like OMKT may get clobbered some more in a near-future shakeout and then the good ones will break out big time. At these prices, I am picking up more OMKT practically from petty cash and expect it will eventually be one of those good ones.
